International Voice Technical & Customer Support Associate required with the following skill set:
# Opening for Technical & Customer Support (Voice)
# Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
# Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
# Ability to analyze and solve technical queries/issues over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
# Lucrative Salary & Incentives (attendance, performance, client incentives etc.)
# 5 days/week (2 Week Offs)
# Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)

# Fresher / Experienced Candidates
# Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
# 18-45 years of age
# B.E. & BTech (ONLY CS, Electronic, Electrical & Instrumentation) candidates are eligible
# MTech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible
# Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
# Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
# Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
